SHIPPING POLICY.
SM SAFETY freight rates are designed to be a cost effective and secure system for the quick delivery of your order. We use Toll, TNT, Aramax and Australia post. Orders can be picked up from our Sydney Metro location with prior notice. Once your order is placed, you will be notified within 1 business day of the dispatch day of your order. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. If we are are not able to ship within 1-2 business days, you will be notified within that time and advised of the backorder and the estimated time of dispatch or the option of a refund for the value of the goods that are not available immediately.
For order outside Mainland Australia & Tasmania, You will be notified of the freight cost before dispatch of goods and payment by Visa Mastercard or EFT or Telegraphic transfer must be obtained by SM SAFETY before dispatch. Goods will be dispatch once payment has been made and received by SM SAFETY.
PRIVACY POLICY
On December 21 2001 the federal government’s national privacy principles came into effect to protect individuals from having their personal information misused by organisations. The legislation covers the collection of information from consumers from December 21 2006 onwards. If you would like more information on this legislation go to www.privacy.gov.au.
The information that SM SAFETY collects is generally of a business nature and does not usually contain personal information. The information that we do collect will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties without your consent. SM SAFETY does use information gathered to keep customers up to date with new products, offers and prices that are available. These offers may be based on information you have provided and on your history with us as a customer.

WARRANTY
SM SAFETY Guarantees the products its sells against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Any claim made under this warranty must be made within 12 months of the date of shipment.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE & REFUND POLICY.
SM SAFETY will accept returned goods for refund if they are undamaged and unsoiled for a period of 30 days after shipment.. The customer will be refunded the value of the goods less the original freight costs
The Company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee on any returned Goods if they were not stock items.
